Bonus99 was founded with one clear goal — to provide an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We believe every member deserves a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming experience, without worrying about the security of their funds or the reliability of the platform.
Since launching, bonus99 has grown rapidly into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online gaming industry. With over 500,000 registered members and a consistent payment record, we continue to prove that member trust is our most valuable asset — one we safeguard wholeheartedly.
We don't just offer a wide range of games — from fish shooting games and bingo to sports betting and live casino — we also ensure every aspect of our platform, from the deposit system to the withdrawal process, runs smoothly and transparently. This is what sets bonus99 apart from other platforms in the market.
At bonus99, we understand that trust isn't built in a day. It's built through every transaction processed on time, every query answered promptly, and every issue resolved transparently. That is our commitment to every bonus99 member.

When bonus99 launched in 2019, Malaysia's online gaming market was already crowded with platforms and brand names. Yet the founders of bonus99 identified a clear gap — most platforms at the time were never truly built with Malaysian users in mind. Foreign-language interfaces, payment methods that didn't suit local preferences, and sluggish customer support were common complaints among local players.
That was the catalyst behind the founding of bonus99. From day one, every design and product development decision has been anchored to one question: "Does this make life easier for Malaysian players?" The result is a platform that feels familiar and comfortable — like playing on a platform that truly gets you, not a foreign one forced upon you.
When it comes to security, bonus99 never compromises. We continuously invest in cutting-edge security infrastructure — from machine learning-based fraud detection to data protection protocols that meet international standards. Every member's personal data is safeguarded in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and we never share member information with any third party without consent.
On the gaming experience front, bonus99 partners exclusively with world-class game providers that have passed our rigorous vetting process. Every game available on our platform has been independently verified to be free from manipulation or unfairness. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is displayed transparently so members can make informed decisions before they play.
One of our greatest points of pride is the bonus99 payment record. Throughout our entire operation, not a single valid withdrawal has ever been rejected or delayed without reasonable cause. This is not merely a claim — it is a verifiable record backed by thousands of reviews and testimonials from loyal members across Malaysia.
The bonus99 loyalty and VIP programme is thoughtfully designed to reward our dedicated members. Our points reward system ensures that every bet you place earns points redeemable for cash bonuses, free spins or other exclusive rewards. The longer you stay with us, the more privileges you enjoy.
Looking ahead, bonus99 continues to invest in innovation to keep our platform relevant and ahead of the curve. We are developing new features that will transform the way you play and interact on our platform — from augmented reality (AR) casino experiences to more advanced real-time sports betting systems. One thing that will never change is our commitment to the trust and security of every bonus99 member.
